Terms and Conditions

01Definitions & Scope

• The application ("RobustRoute") is a platform that connects customers with service providers to plan, optimize, and dispatch delivery routes.
• Use of the application is governed by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). By signing in, you accept them.
• "User" means any individual or organization with an active account. "Service provider" means any party offering routing, logistics, or dispatch services via the platform.

02Eligibility & Account Use

• Users must be 18 years or older to use the application.
• Registration is mandatory and must include accurate and complete information.
• Each user may register only one account per email and phone number.
• Accounts may be suspended or deleted for false information, duplicate accounts, or violations of these Terms.
• Users whose accounts were previously terminated are not permitted to re-register without our written consent.

03Legal Compliance

• Users must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and e-commerce rules.
• Service providers must hold all required licenses and approvals to offer services.
• Any illegal use of the application is strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

04Account Security & Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• The application is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access.
• Users must immediately report any suspected hacking or misuse to security@robustroute.com.
• Users are liable for all activities conducted through their accounts.

05User & Service Provider Obligations

• All information provided must be truthful, lawful, and non-misleading.
• Usernames, service descriptions, and content must not contain offensive or illegal material.
• Service providers confirm they have legal authority to offer listed services.
• Users may not share personal contact details or conduct transactions outside the application to bypass platform protections.

06Communications

• Users agree to receive electronic communications, including notifications and promotions.
• Promotional emails may be unsubscribed from at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.
• Electronic communications are considered legally valid.
• Transactional emails (security alerts, billing, account changes) cannot be opted out of while the account is active.

07Fees, Payments & Commissions

• Account registration and payment terms are discussed and agreed upon with the organization that owns the service. See our pricing page for current rates.
• Registration may be free; however, transaction fees or commissions may apply based on the agreed terms.
• All fees are calculated in the platform's local currency (SAR) and shown exclusive of 15% VAT.
• Fees may be modified by the platform with prior notification of at least 30 days.
• Failure to pay applicable fees may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

08Prohibited Content & Activities

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.
• Violate intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
• Conduct political, religiously offensive, or culturally inappropriate activities.
• Manipulate prices, transactions, or platform systems.
• Attempt fraud, hacking, data misuse, or malware distribution.
• Complete transactions outside the platform for listed services.
• Use the application to compete with RobustRoute by scraping or replicating its functionality.

09Intellectual Property

• All platform content (text, logos, software, designs) is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify platform content without permission.
• Platform trademarks may not be used outside the application without authorization.
• Customer data uploaded by Users remains the property of the User — RobustRoute holds it under a limited license to operate the service.

10Modifications & Termination

• The platform may update Terms & Conditions at any time with notice. Material changes will be emailed to all active accounts.
• Continued use after a notice period of 30 days constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
• The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without liability, subject to any commitments in the User's plan.
• Users may terminate their account at any time from the settings page. Data is retained for 30 days before hard-deletion.

11Liability & Dispute Resolution

• RobustRoute provides the application "as is" and makes no warranties beyond those required by Saudi law.
• Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• If unresolved within 60 days, disputes are referred to the competent commercial courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Saudi commercial law.
