Frequently asked questions

What counts as a "stop"?
A stop is a single delivery destination — one customer location, one delivery attempt. If a driver visits 50 customers in a day, that’s 50 stops, regardless of how many packages are dropped at each location.
What happens if I exceed my monthly stops allowance?
You're charged the overage rate for stops above your included allowance — SAR 0.25/stop on Lite, SAR 0.20 on Standard, SAR 0.14 on Growth, and so on. The running count is visible in-app, so there are no surprise bills. Most customers find that upgrading the tier is cheaper than paying overage if they consistently exceed.
Do unused stops roll over?
No. Each month's allowance is fresh. We deliberately keep this simple — rollover complicates billing and most customers don't benefit.
How is this different from RobustRoute Command Center?
Command Center is for distributors who set up sales or delivery territories once and operate them continuously — strategic territory planning. Last Mile Delivery is for daily dispatch where every day is a new puzzle — upload today’s orders, set driver count, generate routes. Most customers need one or the other, not both. See CC pricing →
Do you offer SMS notifications to customers?
Customer SMS notifications are on our roadmap. For now, you can export each route as a shareable link to send via WhatsApp or your own SMS provider — no per-message fees from RobustRoute.
Do I have to pay a setup fee?
No. Standard onboarding is self-serve: upload your order CSV, set driver count, and you're ready to dispatch. A one-time integration fee (SAR 15,000) only applies if you want RobustRoute to connect with your e-commerce platform, WMS, or order management system.
Can I cap my monthly spend?
Yes. In your account settings, set a maximum monthly overage budget. If reached, RobustRoute pauses overage stops and notifies you — you can either approve more or upgrade your tier mid-month.
Is my data stored in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. RobustRoute is hosted on Huawei Cloud's Middle East region in Riyadh. Your operational data never leaves the Kingdom, in line with PDPL data residency requirements.
Do you offer a free trial?
The Starter plan is permanently free (100 stops/month, watermarked exports). All paid plans include a 14-day trial — no credit card required.
